Carerix is ​​a supplier of CRM & ATS systems for personnel intermediaries. They had been working with an external Atlassian consultant to implement Jira Service Desk. However, Carerix soon discovered that they wanted more than just an out-of-the-box Jira Service Desk. Due to the external consultant's limited expertise, the implementation was anything but flawless.
