What You Do As a Business Developer.

As a Business Developer at Avisi Apps, your role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding our partner network. You will actively engage with Atlassian Solution Partners or monday.com Channel Partners worldwide, working to build sustainable relationships that empower partners to promote our products effectively. You're not just managing relationships; you're also actively selling, driving our business forward through strategic partner management. Your tasks include providing product demos, collecting partner feedback to relay to our development team, and guiding initiatives to enhance product offerings. Flexibility in your schedule allows you to accommodate international time zones, ensuring maximum engagement with partners.

You are a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, capable of forging strong connections. This is necessary to really connect with our partners, pick up their needs and make them thrilled about our products so they are willing to sell it to their clients. Your independence in managing our entire Atlassian partner network is matched by a creative and strategic approach to problem-solving. You're committed to personal and professional growth, continuously seeking new opportunities to learn and excel.

What You Bring.

• Proven Experience in Partner Management & Sales: You are strong in communication and relationship building. We value proven experience over the number of years. Show us how you have excelled in building and expanding a partner network.
• Strategic Planning and Time Management: Your ability to manage time effectively allows you to coordinate with global partners and internal teams, optimizing productivity.
• Educational Background: A thinking level equivalent to a bachelor’s degree. Bonus: Prior experience with Atlassian / monday.com is preferred.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel abroad to visit Atlassian / monday.com and partners a few times a year.
• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.
